- that extra piece of chocolate
- curling up with a good book
- grounding myself in the earth

- reaching out for help
- being grateful
- looking for the beauty in the world

What I need to say no to:
- toxic people, even if they are family
- the notion that I need to do it all
- the notion that I am not good enough
- saving everyone else at the expense of myself
- energy that isn't conducive to healing
- beating myself up for little mistakes
- isolating and closing myself off from others
- blame and shame
- hate and negativity
- negatively comparing myself to others
